1. Prepare for extra mile service

1.1  Identify the internal and external customers in one organization

1.2  Demonstrate the qualities of a service professional. Service begins with me!

1.3  Make a great first impression – Project confidence when dealing with customers through verbal and non-verbal communication.

 2. Go beyond first impressions

2.1  Acknowledge the presence of customers in a timely manner upon their arrival

2.2  Initiate conversation with customers and share product knowledge

2.3  Identify customer’s needs and expectations to offer them a quality service

3. Go the extra mile interactions

3.1  Handle customer’s dissatisfaction in calm and professional ways.

3.2  Choose the appropriate action and review the effects of going the extra miles.

3.3  Ensure the ‘Go the Extra Miles’ service rendered within organization’s guidelines.
